Experience: 3 Years and above Post Admission Experience

We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking to recruit a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Advocate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and briefs.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Manage litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
  • Attend client meetings and provide legal advice under the supervision of partners and senior associates.
  • Assist in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and due diligence exercises.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Handle conveyancing, Projects and real estate transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Advocate of the High Court in good standing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-admission experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation, commercial law, corporate advisory, or related practice areas.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
