Suada Ahmed a Partner in the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 2011.

She has immense experience corporate and commercial law, banking, finance and investment transactions, and capital markets and securities law. Further, Suada’s keen interest in Environmental and property law has her leading the conveyancing department in the firm, where she advises and represents many property developers and purchasers in their land conveyancing dealings.

Suada is also a Sharia’h Law expert in Kenya, and was involved in setting up the first Sharia’h Compliant Bank in Kenya. She since consults widely and advises on Sharia’h law compliance for banks, insurance companies, and even cooperatives.
